Described as playing with “imagination, infallible musicality, and huge vitality” (Fanfare Magazine), the Akropolis Reed Quintet is a cutting edge ensemble that performs an innovative, living repertoire with acclaimed precision.

Akropolis kicks off their summer in Wisconsin with a season-preview concert and a free family performance for the Green Lake Festival of Music.

Akropolis then joins Chamber Music Northwest under the auspices of the Protégé Project, as both an ensemble-in-residence, and as soloists-in-residence.

Looking forward to 15/16, Akropolis opens the Friends of Chamber Music Stockton’s season, offers a special residency at the Crane School of Music, SUNY Potsdam, and performs back-to-back concerts for the Artist Concert Series of Sarasota, among other many other dates.
