We are delighted to offer congratulations to the Delphi Trio, who have just won the 3rd Prize at the 2015 Orlando International Chamber Music Festival and Competition in The Netherlands.

This year Orlando was a piano trio competition (every year focuses on a different chamber arrangement): only seven trios were accepted into the competition from around the world, and Delphi was the sole North American representative.

In three competition rounds, Delphi performed Haydn’s Trio in C Major, Hob. XV:27, Saint-Saëns’ Trio No. 2 in E Minor, Op. 92, a new work commissioned for the competition by Sam David Wamper, and movements from works by Pierre Jalbert, Schumann, and Mendelssohn.

As a prizewinner, Delphi received a cash prize, was presented in Orlando Festival concerts in Maastricht, Vaals, Kerkrade, et. al, and received an intensive course of coachings and wellness sessions.

Congratulations, Delphi!
