Dubbed “technically superb” by The Strad, the Tesla Quartet began the season with educational outreach activities and a concert of works by Haydn, Bartók, and Dvořák for the Lied Center of Kansas, concerts for the String Quartet Society of Tuscaloosa, the Northeast Kingdom Classical Series, the Friends of Chamber Music StocktonCharleston Chamber Music Society, and in New York City for the Scheider Concerts at The New School.

In March, Tesla offers a residency with Pro Musica of Joplin, MO, and a concert for the Gettysburg Community Concert Association. Other upcoming highlights include concerts in Hickory, North Carolina (part of their role as the 15/16 String-Quartet-in-Residence of the Western Piedmont Symphony) and at the Grand Valley State University.

And further afield, in 2016 Tesla will perform an eight-city tour of China, playing works by Beethoven, Haydn, and other Tesla favorites!
